Jess and Adam were originally supposed to get married at the gorgeous Black Star Farms here in Northern Michigan but ended up having to come up with a Plan B for their wedding after all of the craziness of 2020 hit. They ended up deciding the have an intimate Lake Michigan wedding celebration at her parent’s lakehouse in Leland, MI, and it was absolutely gorgeous! There really is nothing quite like a Lake Michigan beach and a trip to Fishtown to make for a stunning wedding day! Check out their wedding highlight film here below:

Now that we’re all emotional…how sweet were Jess and Adam’s vows to each other during their intimate Lake Michigan wedding? I loved hearing their story when Jess first reached out to me about shooting their wedding, and I loved it even more after hearing it again in their vows on their wedding day. My favorite thing to do when crafting one of my sweet couple’s wedding films is to craft it around their story so that it’s uniquely theirs, and I absolutely love how Jess & Adam’s intimate Lake Michigan wedding film turned out!
