A Cherry Blossom Engagement Session | Traverse City, Northern Michigan

If there’s one thing that everyone looks forward to in Traverse City after a long winter, it’s the arrival of Spring. And Spring brings the gorgeous cherry blossoms that we’re so famous for! If you’re ever in Traverse City in the Spring, make sure to drive up the peninsulas and you’ll be rewarded with a sea of gorgeous, snow-white blossoms! So when Gabrielle and I were planning her and Trenton’s engagement session and she mentioned that she’s always dreamed of a Traverse City Cherry Blossom Engagement Session. I knew we had to make that happen! And my goodness it was magical! 😍

The cherry blossoms actually came a little early this year because we’d had some unseasonably warm days. I was a little worried though the week leading up to their cherry blossom engagement session because the weather had turned chilly and windy. I didn’t know if the wind would ruin all the gorgeous cherry blossoms and with it, our chance to get some amazing pictures! We got lucky though! The weather ended up being absolutely perfect and sunny on the day of their engagement session though! We got a gorgeous sunset and some gorgeous pictures!
