Alexa & Michael got married on the most perfect day for a wedding on Lake Charlevoix! They were married at the gorgeous Boathouse on Lake Charlevoix and all of their team did an amazing job of pulling together the perfect day for these two amazing people!

Alexa & Michael were one of my 2020 couples that ended up having to reschedule because of all the crazy that was 2020. Because of that, I was so excited to finally be able to document their wedding day and watch them enjoy getting married after being forced to wait an entire year.

These two are so cute together, and their bridal party was a blast to hang out with! I loved watching everyone celebrate Alexa and Michael’s love and sharing in these special moments with them. I’m so excited to feature their Boathouse at Lake Charlevoix wedding here on the blog and give you just a small peek into all the gorgeousness (and fun!) that was their wedding day!

A Gorgeous Boathouse On Lake Charlevoix Wedding Ceremony

Alexa & Michael’s wedding ceremony at The Boathouse on Lake Charlevoix was held on their gorgeous lakefront lawn. And we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous day for their ceremony.

After their gorgeous wedding ceremony, we spent some time with Alexa & Michael and their wedding parties having some fun and taking gorgeous photos.

Once the wedding party celebrated with shots, it was time for the wedding reception! Alexa & Michael’s wedding reception was set up by the amazing Shannon from Heart Wedding Design. She always does such great job of setting up a fantastic space for her couples to enjoy their wedding days. Take a look at all these gorgeous details that set the scene for Alexa and Michael’s wedding reception. The florals and the cake were also beyond exquisite! Alexa really put together an amazing team for her and Michael’s wedding day!

After their special dances were done and their cake was cut, we snuck out with Alexa and Michael for just a few moments to get some sunset photos. We got the most magical pink and purple hues as the sun set over Lake Charlevoix.
