A Crooked Creek Ranch Wedding

Katie & John got married this fall here in Northern Michigan, and we got a gorgeous, sunny (albeit slightly chilly), very perfect day for their Crooked Creek Ranch wedding.

This gorgeous arbor of trees was the perfect place for Katie and John to share their first look. I just love how dreamy and romantic this whole area was!

Aaaand….here come the puppies! There’s seriously nothing that I love more than when my couples decide to include their fur babies on their wedding day! Bring on all the sweet pups in tuxedos and flower collars! I can never get enough of them! Just be warned that I will spend at least 5 minutes gushing over your sweet babies and giving them all the lovings!

The sun decided to make an appearance on this chilly day just in time for Katie and John’s gorgeous, lake-side ceremony. It actually got a little warm (it had been freezing most of the day until now).

And we just had to sneak away from their reception to get some last golden hour, glowy portraits! The lighting at sunset is always the most gorgeous light of the day, and I love all the dreamy portraits that we managed to get in just a few minutes when we snuck away!
