Gabby and Charles’ Michigan Orchard wedding was about as cute as June weddings come here in Michigan. They were married on a rainy Saturday afternoon in June at The Country Mill in Charlotte, Michigan. If you’re looking for a rustic Michigan wedding venue or you’re wanting to have a Michigan Orchard wedding than The Country Mill is the perfect place to tie the knot! Their ceremony spot is right in the heart of the apple orchard and it’s absolutely gorgeous year-round. It would especially cute for a fall wedding when all of the apples are ripe. The trees were bursting at the seams when I took Gabby and Charles’ engagement pictures at the Orchard last September.

The whole week leading up to their wedding the radar was calling for thunderstorms and lots and lots of rain. Poor Gabby was so worried, because no one wants to their wedding day to be 99% rain. We got so lucky though! The day of, we got a little bit of rain early in the morning (it was gorgeous on my drive to the venue). But the minute I got to The Country Mill Orchard, the rain stopped! We didn’t get any more rain for the rest of the day, and the weather ended up being perfect. Seriously, cloudy days make wedding pictures a breeze! Check out all of Gabby and Charles’ gorgeous wedding pictures we were able to get. Their day ended up being beyond perfect, and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Here are a few of Gabby’s details from her getting ready! You can never have to many details at a wedding. I just loved her mint garter, it’s so delicate a feminine. I also loved the MR and MRS box that she brought for their rings. Too cute!
Once they tied the knot, Gabby and Charles were excited to get to their reception to spend the evening celebrating with their family and friends. Gabby did such an amazing job of picking out all of the details to decorate the reception space at her Michigan Orchard wedding, and I had no shortage of details to photograph. Which I love! If you know me, you know I’m all about the details. You spend a lot of time making sure every detail of your wedding day is just right, so I make sure that I take the time to photograph it all and preserve your memories for years to come!
Let the fun begin! As soon as the deejay opened up the dance floor at Gabby & Charle’s reception for their Michigan Orchard wedding, it was packed! All of their friends and family crowded out to the dance floor to dance the night away and have a blast. Seriously, check out their dancing pictures below, everyone was having an amazing time!
