Trisha and Alex’s film from their Tina’s Country House wedding (check out their site here) is one that I’m really excited to share. As a Michigan wedding photographer and videographer, I go to a lot of weddings. Sometimes my weddings are fun, sometimes my weddings are sweet, and sometimes my weddings make me ugly cry behind my camera and hope that nobody notices! lol.
“They move together like the moon and the tides”
Trisha & Alex’s Tina’s Country House wedding was all these things and so much more. These two are so very, very sweet and are just absolutely perfect for each other. They move together like the moon and the tides and I don’t think anyone who knows them has a doubt in their mind that these two are meant to be. I’ll admit it though 🙋I hid behind my camera and cried through their vows. Especially Alex’s vows. Their letters that they wrote to each other plus their vows made their wedding film! I’ve talked about this before on my blog (how I love when couples read letters to each other on their wedding day), writing and reading letters to each other is such a great way to add depth and meaning to your wedding film. It adds a special touch and personalizes it to make it something you’ll treasure for generations to come.
This is true of all of your wedding day audio, especially if you’re writing your own vows. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house when Trisha and Alex read their vows to each other, and hearing the catch in Alex’s voice still got me while I worked on their wedding film. It’s such an important part of your big day!
Congratulations, Trisha and Alex! Thank you for letting me be a part of your big day!
