I’m still obsessing over Cherie & Ethan’s gorgeous Barn at Monterey Valley wedding this fall. Leading up to their wedding day, the weather looked like rain all day. Instead, we got the weirdest combination of weather I’ve ever seen on a wedding day.
Michigan decided to start us off with some gorgeous sun and clouds for the first part of their day, followed by an iffy stretch of funnel clouds with one touching down not far from the venue (never had that happen on a wedding day before! 😬), and finished it off with the most dreamy golden hour that was somehow full of both sun and rain that made for the most romantic golden hour shots with Cherie and Ethan.
Through all the crazy weather, Cherie and Ethan were the absolute sweetest and never let it put a damper on their day. In spite of the rain and even the crazy stormy weather, they had the most magical wedding day. Nobody who sees these two together could doubt for a second that they’re 100% made for each other.
